Can I order a one off personalised sample with my design on?

Yes, this is possible on most products, however there is a cost involved for this service. The price for this will vary depending on the branding method and product.

Is it possible to see a plain sample of the product before placing an order?

Yes, we can supply you with a plain sample of the product for reference of the colour and quality. Please note all samples will be chargeable.

Will I receive a branded proof with my order?

No, on most orders you will only receive a pdf proof for approval, unless a pre-production sample is requested. Please note there may be an additional charge for the pre-production sample.
